REFUNDS
If you’re unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team and we’ll do our best to help. We offer a 90-day return on all orders.

We provide a 100% money-back guarantee on products that are damaged or defective during shipping and upon receipt.

Eligibility & Timeframes

  • You must have purchased the product(s) from luhxora.com.

  • You can submit refund requests within 55 days after the guaranteed delivery period (35 days) has expired.

Returns & Costs

  • You will be required to pay for the return shipping label.

  • Once your return/refund is approved, please allow 24–48 hours for us to process the refund.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • PayPal: typically appears immediately once issued.

  • Credit/Debit Card: typically 3–5 business days to appear (timing may vary by your bank).

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee (calculated on the total paid, including shipping fees) applies to returned items.

  • If your return is accepted, you will receive 80% of the total amount paid back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (bank dependent).

Return to Sender / Refused Deliveries

  • If an order is refused at delivery and returned to sender, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

  • Refunds for refused shipments are processed after the item is delivered back to our warehouse and confirmed unused and in original condition.

Please Note

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery at the provided address.

Order Cancellations
We understand plans change!

  • Cancellation window: within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after 6 hours as they may already be processing.

Once your refund has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with transaction details for your records.
